Notification No.- 33/2023 – State Tax

S.O. No. 45, Dated 12^th December, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 158A

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) and section 20 of the Integrated Goods

and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the

Council, hereby notifies “Account Aggregator” as the systems with which information may be shared by

the common portal based on consent under Section 158A of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (12 of 2017).

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1^st day of October, 2023.

Explanation: For the purpose of this notification, “Account Aggregator” means a non-financial banking

company which undertakes the business of an Account Aggregator in accordance with the policy

directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India under section 45JA of the Reserve Bank of India Act,

1934 (2 of 1934) and defined as such in the Non-Banking Financial Company - Account Aggregator

(Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016.

अͬधǓनयम, 2017 (2017 का 12) कȧ धारा 158क और एकȧकृत माल और सेवा कर अͬधǓनयम,

2017 (2017 का 13) कȧ धारा 20 ɮवारा Ĥदƣ शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ

पर, ‘‘लेखा संकलक’’ को ऐसे तंğ के Ǿप मɅ अͬधसूͬचत करती है िजससे झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर

अͬधǓनयम, 2017 (2017 का 12) कȧ धारा 158क के अधीन सहमǓत पर आधाǐरत सामाÛय पोट[ल

ɮवारा सूचना साझी कȧ जा सकेगी।

2. यह अͬधसूचना

अÈतूबर, 2023 से Ĥवृƣ होगी।

èपçटȣकरणः- इस अͬधसूचना के Ĥयोजन के ͧलए, ‘‘लेखा संकलक’’ से कोई ऐसी गैर-ͪवƣीय बɇककारȣ

कंपनी अͧभĤेत है जो भारतीय ǐरजव[ बɇक अͬधǓनयम, 1934 (1934 का 2) कȧ धारा 45ञक के अधीन

भारतीय ǐरजव[ बɇक ɮवारा जारȣ पॉलȣसी Ǔनदेशɉ के अनुसार ͩकसी लेखा संकलक का कारबार करती है

और गैर बɇककारȣ ͪवƣीय कंपनी-लेखा संकलक (ǐरजव[ बɇक) Ǔनदेश, 2016 मɅ यथापǐरभाͪषत है।
