Notification No.- 48/2023 – State Tax

S.O. No. 52, Dated 29^th February, 2024--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (13 of 2023),

the Jharkhand Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of October, 2023, as the date on which

the provisions of the said Act, shall come into force.
