Notification No.- 1/2024 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 1, Dated 21^st March, 2024--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of

2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes

Department, No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of

Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 31, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in Schedule I – 2.5%, -

(i) against S. No. 165, in column (2), for the entry, the entry “2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19

10” shall be substituted;

(ii) against S. No. 165A, in column (2), for the entry, the entry “2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711

19 10” shall be substituted;

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 4^th day of January, 2024.

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 31, dated the 29^th June, 2017 and

was last amended by notification No. 17/2023 – State Tax (Rate), dated the 05^th March, 2024, published

in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 64, dated the 05^th March, 2024

एस. ओ. सं. 1, Ǒदनांक 21 माच[, 2024--झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर अͬधǓनयम, 2017

(2017 का 12), कȧ धारा 9 कȧ उप धारा (1) और धारा 15 कȧ उप धारा (5) के तहत Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ

का Ĥयोग करते हुए, झारखÖड सरकार, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड

सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 1/2017- राÏय कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017,

िजसे एस.ओ. सं. 31, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, के तहत झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत

ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, यथा: -

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, अनुसूची I मɅ - 2.5%,-

(i) Đम संÉया 165 के सामने, कॉलम (2) मɅ, Ĥͪविçट के èथान पर, Ĥͪविçट

“2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा;

(ii) Đम संÉया 165क के सामने, कॉलम (2) मɅ, Ĥͪविçट के èथान पर, Ĥͪविçट

“2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10” को ĤǓतèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा;

यह अͬधसूचना Ǒदनांक 4 जनवरȣ, 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।

और इसमɅ अंǓतम बार अͬधसूचना संÉ या 17/2023- राÏय कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 5 माच[, 2024, िजसे

एस.ओ. सं. 64, Ǒदनांक 5 माच[, 2024, के तहत झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया

गया था, के ɮवारा संशोधन ͩकया गया था ।
