Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-405/2024-2472--In exercise of the powers conferred under

section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946) H.E. the Governor of

Jharkhand has been pleased to accord consent to the extension of power and jurisdiction to

the member of Delhi Special Police Establishment upon request made via letter number

198/CO-3/2024 dated 09.04.2024 of SP & Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Dhanbad for registration

of regular case against employee of Bank of Baroda, Dhanbad and others for the offences

punishable under section 120-B of IPC r/w sec.7 and 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act,

1988 (as amended in 2018) and any other offence that may come to light during investigation

of this case, including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection

with one or more such offences and/or any other offences(s) committed in the course of the

same transaction or arising out of the samefacts.
