Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-408/2024-2922--In exercise of the powers conferred under

section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946) H.E. the Governor of

Jharkhand has been pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to

the member of Delhi Special Police Establishment upon request made via letter number

236/CO-07/2024 dated 01.05.2024 of SP & Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Dhanbad for registration

of regular case against employee of Indian Post Department Distt- Giridih, Jharkhand for the

offences punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in

2018) and any other offence that may come to light during investigation of this case, including

any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection with one or more such

offences and/or any other offences(s) committed in the course of the same transaction or

arising out of the same facts.
