No. JSOU/R/2024/189-- The Hon'ble Governor, Jharkhand State has been pleased to grant

permission to the Jharkhand State Open University (JSOU), Ranchi to launch the Pre-University

Programme (Class X & XII) in collaboration with the International Council for Virtual Education, Delhi

under the aegis of JSOU. The ICVE, Delhi will be responsible to enroll students, collect fee, distribute

reading material and conduct examinations for Class X & XII and the certificates will be issued by the

JSOU as per the list/gazette provided by the ICVE. The JSOU will provide adequate space to the ICVE

within the campus of the University itself.

2. The Pre-University certificates issued by JSOU will be recognised and equivalent to the

corresponding qualifications of the Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi.
