No. JSOU/R/2024/189--dated-12^th July, 2024. In suppression of all previous Notifications/Order

issued regarding authorization to the Jharkhand State Open University (JSOU), Ranchi to conduct Pre-

University Certificate Programmes, the Hon'ble Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to authorize the

Jharkhand State Open University to conduct examination and issue certificates to Pre-University

students (Class X & XII).

The Pre-University certificates issued by the Jharkhand State Open University would be

equivalent to the corresponding qualifications of the Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi.
