Notification No.- 08/2024 – State Tax

S.O. No. 12, Dated 14^th August, 2024--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the

Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the

Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in

the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 04/2024-State Tax,

dated the 21^st March, 2024 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 3, dated the

21^st March, 2024, namely:-

In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters “1^st day of April, 2024”, the words and letters

“15^th day of May, 2024” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of April , 2024.

148 ɮवारा Ĥदƣ शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ पर, झारखÖड सरकार वाͨणÏय-

कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना सं. 04/2024- राÏय कर, जो झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ

एस. ओ. सं. 3, तारȣख 21 माच[, 2024, ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत कȧ गई थी, मɅ Ǔनàनͧलͨखत संशोधन करती

है, अथा[त् :-

उÈत अͬधसूचना के पैरा 4 मɅ, 1 अĤैल, 2024 शÞदɉ और अंकɉ के èथान पर “15 मई 2024” शÞद

और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

यह अͬधसूचना 1 अĤैल, 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
