èवीकृǓत Ĥदान करने के Ǔनͧमत Ǔनग[त ͪवभागीय संकãप संÉया-1459 Ǒदनांक-

27.02.2024 मɅ संशोधन के संबंध मɅ ।

(SNJPC) ɮवारा कȧ गयी अनुशंसाओं एवं उÈत Đम मɅ माननीय सवȾÍच Ûयायालय ɮवारा

अनुशंसा के आलोक मɅ पूव[ मɅ Ǔनग[त संकãप संÉया-1459 Ǒदनांक- 27.02.2024 को Ǔनàनवत

बÍचा ĤǓत माह 2250.00 Ǿ0 शै¢ͨणक

भƣा एवं ĤǓत बÍचा ĤǓतमाह 6750.00

Ǿ0 छाğावास सिÞसडी अनुमाÛय होगा।

िजन मामलɉ मɅ शै¢ͨणक संèथान के

Ĥधान से Ĥमाण पğ ĤाÜतनहȣं ͩकया जा

सके, वैसे मामलɉ मɅ संबंͬधत ÛयाǓयक

पदाͬधकारȣ ɮवारा ǐरपोट[ काड[ अथवा शुãक

रसीद (ई-रसीद सǑहत) को èव-Ĥमाͨणत

कर Ĥèतुत करने पर दावे का भुगतान

ͧलया जा सकेगा।

बÍचɉ कȧ ͧश¢ा भƣा के संबंध मɅ यǑद

ͩकसी Ĥकार का कोई Ĥæन उ×पÛन हो तो,

Ûयायालय Ĥशासन को उÍचतर Plinth

ÛयाǓयक पदाͬधकाǐरयɉ को उनकȧ

कोǑट के आधार पर हवाई याğा

अनुमाÛय होगी और ĤǓतपूǓत[ इस शत[

के अधीन कȧ जाएगी ͩक Ǒटकट या तो

सीधे एयरलाइंस से या कɅ ġ/राÏय

सरकार के अͬधकृत एजɅटɉ अथा[त्

अशोक Ěेवãस, बामर एवं लॉरȣ और

आई.आर.सी.टȣसी. से खरȣदे गए हɉ।

ÛयाǓयक पदाͬधकाǐरयɉ को, चाहे उनकȧ

कोǑट जो भी हो, हवाई याğा अनुमाÛय

3. ͪवभागीय संकãप संÉया-1459 Ǒदनांक-27.02.2024 कȧ कंͫडका 2 ɮवारा èवीकृत वैसे

सभी भƣे एवं सुͪवधाएँ, िजससे संबंͬधत कंͫडका मɅ Ĥभावी Ǔतͬथ का उãलेख नहȣ है, वैसे भƣे एवं

सुͪवधाएँ ͪवभागीय संकãप संÉया-1459 Ǒदनांक-27.02.2024 के Ǔनग[त Ǔतͬथ से अनुमाÛय हɉगे ।

4. महाǓनबंधक, झारखÖड उÍच Ûयायालय, राँची के पğांक 1173/Apptt Ǒदनांक

13.03.2024 (ĤǓत संलÊन) कȧ अनुशंसा कȧ कंͫडका-9 का अनुपालन èवाèØय, ͬचͩक×सा ͧश¢ा एवं

पǐरवार कãयाण ͪवभाग, झारखÖड, राँची तथा कंͫडका-6 का अनुपालन भवन Ǔनमा[ण ͪवभाग,

झारखÖड, राँची के ɮवारा ͩकया जायेगा ।

5. योजना-सह-ͪवƣ ͪवभाग (ͪवƣ Ĥभाग) के पğांक-2430 Ǒदनांक-16.12.2020 ɮवारा ĤाÜत

ĤǓतवेदनानुसार राÏय मɅ कोई ¢ेğ पहाड़ी/दुग[म ¢ेğ के Ǿप मɅ वगȸकृत नहȣं है। साथ हȣ, Risk

Allowance झारखÖड राÏय के ͧलए अनुमाÛय नहȣं है ।

6. झारखÖड ÛयाǓयक सेवा/वरȣय ÛयाǓयक सेवा के पदाͬधकाǐरयɉ को ͪवͧभÛन भƣɉ/सुͪवधाएँ

के संबंध मɅ पूव[ से Ǔनग[त संकãप/Ǔनयम/आदेश इस हद तक संशोͬधत समझे जायɅगे ।

7. Ĥèताव पर मǒğपǐरषɮ कȧ èवीकृǓत ͪवभागीय संलेख £ापांक-5118, Ǒदनांक- 06.08.2024

के Đम मɅ Ǒदनांक-07.08.2024 कȧ बैठक के मद संÉया-35 के Ǿप मɅ दȣ गयी है ।
