No. 5/CCA/24/09/2011-255/CCA--In exercise of the powers conferred by section-9 of the

National Security Act, 1980, section-18 of the Jharkhand Control of Crime Act, 2002, section- 8 of

the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling (COFEPOSA) Act, 1974 and

section-9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance

(PITNDPS) Act, 1988, the State Government has been pleased to constitute the Advisory Board as

The Said Advisory Board will come into effect from the date of issue of this notification.
