िदनांक-09/04/24 ई01 ̾थानों मŐ लोक ʩव̾था के अनुरƗण तथा िवȰंसाȏक कायŘ को िनवाįरत व

Ůितबंिधत करने हेतु अŮािधकृत ʩİƅयों के Ůवेश को रोकने हेतु यह आवʴक एवं समीचीन समझते हœ िक

इस िनिमȅ िवशेष पूवाŊवधान बरती जाय,

इसिलए, अब िबहार (सहपिठत झारखǷ) राǛ संरिƗत ̾थान अिधिनयम, 1979 (िबहार अिधिनयम 1 1979)

की धारा-3, उपधारा-1 के Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए झारखǷ राǛपाल के Ȫारा

अितसंवेदनशील ̾थल के अंतगŊत एल०पी०जी० बोटिलंग ɘांट Installation हेतु बरही अंचल अȶगŊत थाना

संƥा-72, Ťाम कोनरा, ɘॉट संƥा-13/B, Barhi Industria Area JIADA, Ranchi Region के िनɻिलİखत

N0.-08/Vividh (01)-04/2023-2024--Whereas the Governor of Jharkhand considers

it necessary and expedient that for the maintenance of the public order and for prevention

or preventing or suppressing subversive acts, special precautions should be taken to prevent

the entry of unauthorized persons into the places described in the Schedule given below.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section-3 (1) of the Bihar (read with

Jharkhand) Protected Place Act, 1979 (Bihar Act I of 1979), the Governor of Jharkhand is

pleased to declare the highly sensitive places LPG Bottling Plat Installation situated at plot

no. 13/B, Barhi Industrial Area, JIADA Ranchi Region, Total 26 Acres as mentioned below to

be protected places for purposes of the said Act:-
