No. 13/Accts--Sri Anil Kumar Choudhary, Section Officer of this Court is hereby

appointed, on promotion, to the post of Assistant Registrar (Non-Judicial), in the Scale of Pay

of Rs. 15,600- 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- in PB-III (Level 11under 7^th P.R.C.),

with effect from the date he assumes charge as such and his seniority is placed above Ms.

Seema Tigga, Assistant Registrar (Non-Judicial) of this Court.

In terms of Clause 22 (I) (a) (1) of the Fundamental Rules, if applicable, he is directed

to exercise his option within one month from the date of issuance of the Notification, to have

his pay fixed under the said Rule from the date of such promotion or initially at the stage of

the time scale of the new post above the pay in the lower grade or post from which he is

promoted on regular basis, which may be re-fixed in accordance with the Rule on the date of

accrual of next increment in the scale of pay of the lower grade or post.
