Notification No.- 05/2024 – State Tax(Rate)
S.O. No. 1, Dated 22nd March, 2025--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of
2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes
Department, No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide
S.O. No. 31, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, -
(a)
after Schedule I – 2.5% , in List 1, after item number 232 and the entries relating thereto,
the following item numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
“(233) Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
(234) Osimertinib
(235) Durvalumab”;

(b)
in Schedule II – 6%, after S. No. 32B and the entries relating thereto, the following S.
No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
“32C

Extruded or expanded products, savoury or salted (other than un-fried or un-
cooked snack pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through
process of extrusion)”;
(c)
in Schedule III – 9%, -
(i)
against S. No. 16, in column (3), for the words “un-fried or un-cooked snack
pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through process of extrusion”, the words
“un-fried or un-cooked snack pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through
process of extrusion, extruded or expanded products, savoury or salted” shall be
substituted;
(ii)
for S. No. 435A and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and
entries shall be substituted, namely: -
“435A
9401 [other than
9401 10 00 or
9401 20 00]
Seats (other than those of heading 9402), whether or
not convertible into beds and parts thereof other than
seats of a kind used in aircraft or seats of a kind used
for motor vehicles”;
(d)
in Schedule IV – 14%, after S. No. 210 and the entries relating thereto, the following S.
No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
“210A
9401 20 00
Seats of a kind used for motor vehicles”.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10th day of October, 2024.

एस. ओ. सं. 1, Ǒदनांक 22 माच[, 2025 -–झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर अͬधǓनयम,
2017 (2017 का 12), कȧ धारा 9 कȧ उप धारा (1) और धारा 15 कȧ उप धारा (5) के तहत
Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, झारखÖड सरकार, पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर,
एतदɮवारा, झारखÖड सरकार, वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 1/2017- राÏय कर
(दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 31, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, के तहत
झारखÖड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत
संशोधन करती है, यथा: -
उÈ त अͬधसूचना मɅ, -
(क) अनुसूची 1 -2.5% के पæचात, सूची 1 मɅ, मद संÉया 232 और उससे संबंͬधत Ĥͪविçटयɉ
के पæचात, Ǔनàनͧलͨखत को अंतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त्: -
“(233) Ěैèटुजुमैब डेरÈसटेकन
(234) ओͧसमेरǑटǓनब
(235) डुरवालुमैब”;
(ख)
अनुसूची II मɅ – 6%, Đम संÉया 32ख और उससे संबंͬधत Ĥͪविçटयɉ के पæचात्
Ǔनàनͧलͨखत Đम संÉया और Ĥͪविçटयां अंतःèथाͪपत कȧ जाएंगी, अथा[त्:-

एÈसǫडेड या ͪवèताǐरत उ×पाद, सेवरȣ या साãटेड (एÈसǫज़न कȧ
ĤͩĐया के माÚयम से ͪवǓनͧम[त ǒबना तले या ǒबना पके èनैक

(ग)
अनुसूची III मɅ – 9%, -
(i)
Đम संÉया 16 के सम¢, कॉलम (3) मɅ, “एÈसǫज़न कȧ ĤͩĐया के माÚयम से
ͪवǓनͧम[त ǒबना तले या ǒबना पके èनैक पेलेɪस, चाहे ͩकसी भी नाम से जाने जाते हɉ”
शÞदɉ के èथान पर, “एÈसǫज़न कȧ ĤͩĐया के माÚयम से ͪवǓनͧम[त ǒबना तले या ǒबना

संÉया और Ĥͪविçटयां ĤǓतèथाͪपत कȧ जाएंगी, अथा[त्: -

Ǔनàनͧलͨखत Đम संÉया और Ĥͪविçटयां अंतःèथाͪपत कȧ जाएंगी, अथा[त्:-

मोटर वाहनɉ के ͧलए उपयोग कȧ जाने वालȣ एक
Ĥकार कȧ सीटɅ"।

यह अͬधसूचना Ǒदनाक 10 अƃूबर, 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
