Notification No.- 07/2024 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 3, Dated 22^nd March, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1),

sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15, sub-

section (1) of section 16 and section 148 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of

2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to

do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, number 11/2017-

State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide

S.O. No. 41, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 8,

(i)

after item (iva) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following item

and entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be inserted, namely: -

“(ivb) Transportation of passengers, with

or without accompanied baggage, by air, in

a helicopter on seat share basis.

charged on goods used in supplying

the service has not been taken.

in column (3), in item (vii), after the brackets and figures “(iva),”, the brackets and figures

“(ivb),” shall be inserted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10^th day of October, 2024.

असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

मद (ivक) और कॉलम (3), (4) तथा (5) मɅ उससे संबंͬधत Ĥͪविçटयɉ के पæचात

Ǔनàनͧलͨखत मद और कॉलम (3), (4) और (5) मɅ उससे संबंͬधत Ĥͪविçटयां को

अंतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त्:-

पर Ĥभाǐरत इनपुट कर का Ĥ× यय नहȣं

ͧलया गया है ।

कॉलम (3) मɅ, मद (vii) मɅ, कोçठक और अंक “(ivक),” के पæचात कोçठक और अंक

“(ivख),” अंत:èथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा ।

यह अͬधसूचना Ǒदनांक 10 अÈ टूबर, 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
