Notification No.- 09/2024 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 5, Dated 22^nd March, 2025--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

section 9 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments

in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department,

number 13/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand,

Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 43, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely: -

In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 5AA and the entries relating thereto, the

following serial number and entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be inserted, namely:

was last amended vide notification number 14/2023 - State Tax (Rate), dated the 05^th March, 2024

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand vide S.O. No. 61, dated the 05^th March, 2024.

13/2017- राǛ कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 43, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के

तहत झारख᭛ड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत

संशोधन करती है, यथा:-
