Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-407/2025-1941--In exercise of the powers conferred under

section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946) H.E. the Governor of

Jharkhand has been pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to

the member of Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole state of Jharkhand upon

request made via letter number 93/CO-2/2025 dated 10.03.2025 of Head of Branch, CBI, ACB,

Dhanbad for registration of regular case against recovery agent of Jharkhand Gramin Bank,

Dhanbad & Bokaro for the offences punishable under section 7 A of the Prevention of

Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) and any other offence that may come to light

during investigation of this case, including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to

or in connection with one or more such offences and/or any other offences(s) committed in

the course of the same transaction or arising out of the same facts.
