9^th April, 2025

No.- 3/Pad-01(Gha)-01/2020 Ka- 2096--In pursuance of the office order No. 153 of

2020 dated 21.08.2020 of the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue,

Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi, Ms. Rakhee Nisha Oraon, IRS (Civil

Code- 08140), Director, Panchayati Raj Directorate, Jharkhand, Ranchi was deputed in the

State Govt. of Jharkhand since 31.08.2020 for a period of 05 years. However, the Competent

Authority has withdrawn the Cadre Clearance granted to her for deputation in State Govt. of

Jharkhand for the remaining period of her deputation tenure in State Govt. of Jharkhand.

2. Therefore, the officer Ms. Rakhee Nisha Oraon, IRS (Civil Code- 08140) is hereby

relieved from this office to join her parent department i.e. the Central Board of Direct Taxes,

Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi from the

afternoon of 09^th of April, 2025.

3. This issue with the approval of the Competent Authority.
