Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-413/2025-2246--Government of Jharkhand hereby accord consent

under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946) to the all the members

of Delhi Special Police Establishment to exercise power and jurisdiction under the said Act in the State

of Jharkhand, upon request made vide letter No.-295/CBI, ACB, Ranchi, dated 20.03.2025 of DIG of

Police/Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of a regular case against Sh. Anil Kumar,

Security Officer (Mining Manager), Sh. Deepak Kumar, Clerk Grade-III and Sh. Naresh Kumar, Security

Guard, Giddi C Colliery Project, Central Coalfield Limited under Ministry of Coal and private individuals

namely Ajay Kumar Das, Md. Saddam, Israel Ansari, Md. Tabarak and Arun Lal for committing offences

u/s 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita r/w section 7, 7A, 8, 11 and 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act,

1988 (As amended in 2018) and other offence(s) that may come into light during investigation of the

case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection with one or more

such offences and/or any other offence(s) committed in the course of the same transaction or arising

out of the same facts.
