The Jharkhand High Court Officers and The Members of Staff

(Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct and Appeal)

{Fourteenth Amendment} Rules, 2025.

A Rule further to amend the Jharkhand High Court Officers and The Members of Staff

(Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct and Appeal) Rules, 2003.

No. 19, In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (2) of Article 229 of the

Constitution of India and all other enabling provisions in this behalf and in suppression of

all Rules, Regulations, Notifications and Orders etc. on the subject, the Chief Justice of High

Court of Jharkhand, hereby makes the following amendments in the Rules, namely:

PART-I

PRELIMINARY

1.

Short title and commencement.- (i) These Rules may be called ‘The Jharkhand High

Court Officers and The Members of Staff (Recruitment, Conditions of Service, Conduct and

Appeal) {Fourteenth Amendment} Rules, 2025’.

(ii) It shall come into force with effect from 09.04.2025.

PART-II

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE

2.

Removal of post of Deputy Registrar (Protocol) at Serial No. 9 in Schedule A and

consequentially the post of Assistant Registrar (Judicial) be renumbered as Serial No. 9 in

Schedule A of The Jharkhand High Court Officers and The Members of Staff (Recruitment,

Conditions of Service, Conduct and Appeal) Rules, 2003.

Service, Conduct and Appeal) Rules, 2003.
