ͪवषय :- झारखÖड माल और सेवाकर अͬधǓनयम-2017 के आलोक मɅ झारखÖड राÏय के जी॰एस॰टȣ॰

Ǔनबंधन Ĥमाण-पğ कȧ अǓनवाय[ता हेतु पथ Ǔनमा[ण ͪवभाग के अÛतग[त 2.5 (ढ़ाई) करोड़

Ǿपये से अͬधक लागत के कायाɍहेतु वत[मान मɅ Ĥवृƣ èटɇडड[ ǒबͫडंग डॉÈयूमɅट(SBD) मɅ

संशोधन कȧ èवीकृǓत के संबंध मɅ ।

सं०सं०:-प०Ǔन०ͪव०-08-Ǔनबं०-ͪवͪवध-15/2011--पथ Ǔनमा[ण ͪवभाग अÛतग[त 2.5 (ढ़ाई) करोड़

Ǿपये से अͬधक लागत के पथ Ǔनमा[ण ͪवभाग कȧ पǐरयोजनाओं के काया[Ûवयन हेतु èटɇडड[ ǒबͫडंग

डॉÈयूमɅट (SBD) ͪवभागीय पğांक 7246(S) WE Ǒदनांक 14.11.2007 ɮवारा लागू ͩकया गया है ।

यह èटɇडड[ ǒबͫडंग डॉÈयूमɅट (SBD) मूलǾप से सड़क पǐरवहन एवं राजमाग[ मंğालय, भारत सरकार के

मानक Bid Document पर आधाǐरत है ।

2.

राÏय मɅ झारखÖड माल और सेवाकर अͬधǓनयम, 2017 Ĥचͧलत है । उÈत के आलोक मɅ

वाͨणÏय-कर ͪवभाग, झारखÖड, रांची के पğांक 232 Ǒदनांक 27.02.2025 ɮवारा झारखÖड माल और

सेवाकर अͬधǓनयम, 2017 के अÛतग[त Ǔनबंͬधत संवेदकɉ से हȣ Works Contract Execute कराये

जाने का परामश[ Ǒदया गया है, िजसके आलोक मɅ वत[मान मɅ लागू èटɇडड[ ǒबͫडंग डॉÈयूमɅट (SBD) के

कंͫडका-43 (Payments) मɅ संशोधन ͩकये जाने कȧ आवæयकता है ।

Payments shall be adjusted for deductions

for

advance

payments,

retention,

other recoveries in terms of contract and

taxes at source, as applicable under the

law.

The

Employer

shall

pay

the

Contractor the amounts certified by the

Engineer within 28 days of the date of each

certificate. If the Employer makes a late

payment, the Contractor shall be paid

interest on the late payment in the next

payment. Interest shall be calculated from

the date for which the payment should have

been made upto the date when the late

payment is made at 12% per annum.
