Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-415/2025-2848--Government of Jharkhand hereby accord

consent under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act XXV of

1946) to all the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment to exercise power and

jurisdiction under the said Act in the State of Jharkhand, upon request made vide letter No.-

401/2025-R, Ranchi, dated 17.04.2025 of Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of

regular case against employee of Central Coalfield Limited (CCL) for committing offence u/s 7

of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) and any other offence(s) that may

come to light during investigation of this case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy

in relation or in connection with one or more such offences and/or any other offence(s)

committed in the course of the same transaction or arising out of the same facts.
