Notification No.- 15/2024 – State Tax

S.O. No. 14, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of

the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the

Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 52/2018-State Tax, dated the 24^th

October, 2018 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 77, dated the 24^th October,

2018, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words “half per cent.”, the figure and word “0.25 per cent.” shall be

substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10^th day of July , 2024.

Ǔनàनͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, अथा[त:-

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, “आधे ĤǓतशत” शÞदɉ के èथान पर “0.25 ĤǓतशत” शÞद और अंक रखे जाएंगे।

यह अिधसूचना 10 जुलाई, 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
