Notification No.- 16/2024 – State Tax

S.O. No. 15, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii) of section 1

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Jharkhand Act 03, 2025), the

Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints, —

(a) the 1^st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 35 of the said Act shall

be deemed to be effective;

(b) the 1^st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 9 of the said Act

shall be deemed to be effective.

एस. ओ. सं. 15, ᳰदनांक 9 जुलाई, 2025 - झारख᭛ड सरकार, झारख᭛ड माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन) अिधिनयम,

2025 (झारख᭛ड अिधिनयम- 03, 2025) कᳱ धारा 1 कᳱ उपधारा (iii) के ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, -

(क)

1 अᲦूबर, 2024 को, उस तारीख के ᱧप मᱶ िनयत करती है िजसको उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 35 के उपबंध लागू मानी

जाएगी;

(ख)

1 अᮧैल, 2025 को, उस तारीख के ᱧप मᱶ िनयत करती है िजसको उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 2 और 9 के उपबंध लागू

मानी जाएगी ।
