Notification No.- 09/2024 – State Tax

S.O. No. 11, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second

proviso to sub-section (1) of section 37 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax

Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby

makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the

Commercial Taxes Department, No. 83/2020 –State Tax, dated the 29^th January, 2021, published in the

Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 15, dated the 29^th January, 2021, namely:–

In the said notification, after the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

“Provided also that the time limit for furnishing the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-

1 of the said rules for the registered persons required to furnish return under sub-section (1) of section

39 of the said Act, other than the registered persons who are required to furnish return under proviso of

the said sub-section, for the tax period March, 2024, shall be extended till the twelfth day of

April, 2024.”

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 11^th day of April, 2024.

12) कᳱ धारा 168 के साथ पᳯठत धारा 37 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते

ᱟए, पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरशᲂ पर, झारख᭛ड सरकार, वािण᭔य-कर िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या 83/2020- रा᭔य कर,ᳰदनांक

29 जनवरी, 2021, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 15, ᳰदनांक 29 जनवरी, 2021 ᳇ारा झारख᭛ड के राजपᮢ, असाधारण मᱶ ᮧकािशत

ᳰकया गया था, मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत्:-

उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ,चौथे परंतुक के बाद,िन᳜ परंतुक को अंत:᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा,अथाᭅत्–

“परंतु यह भी ᳰक ऐसे रिज᭭ᮝीकृत ᳞िᲦयᲂ, जो ᳰक उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 39 कᳱ उपधारा (1) के अधीन िववरणी

ᮧ᭭तुत करने के िलये उᱫरदायी हᱹ,जो उᲦ उपधारा के परंतुक के अधीन िववरणी ᮧ᭭तुत करने के िलये उᱫरदायी

रिज᭭ᮝीकृत ᳞िᲦयᲂ से िभ᳖ है,के िलए माह अᮧैल 2024 कᳱ कर अविध के िलए उᲦ िनयमᲂ के ᮧᱨप जीएसटीआर-1

मᱶ जावक आपूᳶत के ᭣यौरᲂ को ᮧ᭭तुत करने कᳱ समय सीमा को अᮧैल, 2024 माह के बारहवᱶ ᳰदन तक बढाया

जाता है ।”

यह अिधसूचना 11 अᮧैल, 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
