Notification No.- 17/2024 – State Tax

S.O. No. 16, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii) of section 1

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Jharkhand Act 03, 2025), the Jharkhand

Government hereby appoints. —

(a) the 27^th September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 7, 32, 39 and 41 of the

said Act shall be deemed to be effective; and

(b) the 1^st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8, 10 to 31,

33, 34, 36 to 38 and 40 of the said Act shall be deemed to be effective.

एस. ओ. सं. 16, ᳰदनांक 9 जुलाई, 2025 - झारख᭛ड सरकार, झारख᭛ड माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन)

अिधिनयम, 2024 (झारख᭛ड अिधिनयम- 03, 2025) कᳱ धारा 1 कᳱ उपधारा (iii) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का

ᮧयोग करते ᱟए .–

(क) 27 िसत᭥बर, 2024 को, ऐसी तारीख के ᱨप मᱶ िनयत करती है िजसको उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 7, धारा

32, धारा 39 और धारा 41 लागू मानी जाएगी; और

(ख) 1 नवंबर, 2024, को ऐसी तारीख के ᱨप मᱶ िजसको उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3 से धारा 6,

धारा 8, धारा 10 से धारा 31, धारा 33, धारा 34, धारा 36 से धारा 38, और धारा 40 लागू

मानी जाएगी ।
