Notification No.- 21/2024 – State Tax

S.O. No. 20, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

128A of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (the said Act), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the respective date specified in Column (3)

of the Table below, as the date upto which payment for the tax payable as per the notice, or statement, or the order

referred to in clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (c) of the said section, as the case may be, can be made by the class

of registered person specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table, namely:–

Registered persons to whom a notice has been

issued under sub-section (1) of section 74, in

respect of the period referred to in sub-section

(1) of section 128A of the said Act, and an

order is passed or required to be passed by the

proper officer in pursuance of the direction of

the

Appellate

Authority,

or

Appellate

Tribunal, or a court, in accordance with the

provisions of sub-section (2) of section 75, for

determination of the tax payable by such

person, deeming as if the notice were issued

under sub-section (1) of section 73 of the said

Act.

Date ending on completion of six months from the

date of issuance of the order by the proper officer

redetermining tax under section 73 of the said Act.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of November, 2024.

अिधिनयम) कᳱ धारा 128क कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, झारख᭛ड सरकार, पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरशᲂ

पर, नीचे दी गई सारणी के ᭭तंभ (3) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ संबंिधत तारीख को वह तारीख अिधसूिचत करती है, िजस तक उᲦ धारा के

खंड (क) या खंड (ख) या खंड (ग) मᱶ िन᳸द᳥ सूचना या कथन या आदेश के अनुसार देय कर का भुगतान, यथाि᭭थित, उᲦ सारणी

के ᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ त᭜संबंधी ᮧिवि᳥ मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ रिज᭭ᮝीकृत ᳞िᲦ के वगᭅ ᳇ारा ᳰकया जा सकता है, अथाᭅत:-

ऐसे रिज᭭ᮝीकृत ᳞िᲦ, िज᭠हᱶ उᲦ अिधिनयम

कᳱ धारा 128क कᳱ उपधारा (1) मᱶ िन᳸द᳥

अविध के संबंध मᱶ धारा 74 कᳱ उपधारा (1) के

अधीन सूचना जारी कᳱ गई है और धारा 75 कᳱ

उपधारा (2) के उपबंधᲂ के अनुसार अपील

ᮧािधकरण या अपील अिधकरण या ᳰकसी

᭠यायालय के िनदᱷश के अनुसरण मᱶ उिचत

अिधकारी ᳇ारा ऐसे ᳞िᲦ ᳇ारा देय कर के

िनधाᭅरण के िलए आदेश पाᳯरत ᳰकया गया है या

पाᳯरत ᳰकया जाना अपेिᭃत होता है, यह मानते

ᱟए ᳰक सूचना उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 73 कᳱ

उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी कᳱ गई थी।

उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा73

के अधीन कर का

पुनᳶनधाᭅरण करने वाले समुिचत अिधकारी ᳇ारा

आदेश जारी करने कᳱ तारीख से छह माह पूरे होने

पर समा᳙ होने वाली तारीख ।

2. यह अिधसूचना

नवंबर , 2024 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
