Notification No.- 04/2025 – State Tax

S.O. No. 28, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of

section 39 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the

Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the return

by an Input Service Distributor in FORM GSTR-6 under sub-section (4) of section 39 of the said Act read with

rule 65 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, for the month of December, 2024 till the 15^th day

of January, 2025.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10^th day of January , 2025.

– झारखǷ माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 (2017 का 12)

की धारा 39 की उपधारा (6) के साथ पिठत धारा 168 Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए, आयुƅ, पįरषद की

िसफाįरशों पर, इनपुट सेवा िवतरक Ȫारा उƅ अिधिनयम की धारा 39 की उपधारा (4) के साथ पिठत झारखǷ माल

और सेवा कर िनयमावली, 2017 के िनयम 65 के अȶगŊत, िदसɾर, 2024 माह के िलए Ůाŝप जीएसटीआर-6 मŐ

िववरणी Ůˑुत करने की समय-सीमा को, माह जनवरी, 2025 के पंūहवे िदन तक आगे बढाते हœ।

यह अिधसूचना 10 जनवरी, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
