Notification No.- 04/2025 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 36, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11

of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on being satisfied

that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the

following amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department,

No. 8/2018- State Tax (Rate), dated the 5^th March, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary,

vide S.O. No. 22, dated the 5^th March, 2018, namely :-

In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S. No. 4, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “6%”, the

entry “9%” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 16^th day of January, 2025.

कȧ धारा 11 कȧ उप-धारा (1) के तहत Ĥदƣ शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, झारख᭛ड सरकार, इस बात से संतुçट

होते हुए ͩक ऐसा करना जनǑहत मɅ आवæयक है और पǐरषद कȧ ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारख᭛ड

सरकार, वािण᭔य-कर िवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 8/2018- रा᭔य कर (दर), Ǒदनांक 5 माचᭅ, 2018, िजसे एस. ओ.

सं. 22, Ǒदनांक 5 माचᭅ, 2018 के तहत झारख᭛ड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे

भी Ǔनàनͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, सारणी मɅ, Đम संÉया 4 के सामने, कॉलम (4) मɅ, Ĥͪविçट “6%” के èथान पर, Ĥͪविçट

“9%” ĤǓतèथाͪपत कȧ जाएगी।

2. यह अिधसूचना ᳰदनांक 16 जनवरी, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
