Notification No.- 07/2025 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 39, Dated 9^th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

section 9 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in

the notification number 13/2017- State Tax (Rate), of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Ministry of

Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No.

43, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table,-

(A) against serial number 4, in column (3), after the words “Any person”, the words “other than

a body corporate” shall be inserted.

(B) against serial number 5AB, in column (4), after the words “Any registered person”, the

words “other than a person who has opted to pay tax under composition levy” shall be inserted.

Note: -The principal notification number 13/2017 - State Tax (Rate) was published in the Gazette of

Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 43, dated the 29^th June, 2017 and was last amended vide

notification no. 09/2024 - State Tax (Rate) published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary,

vide S.O. No. 5, dated the 22^nd March, 2025.

एस. ओ. सं. 39, ᳰदनांक 9 जुलाई, 2025 – झारख᭛ड माल और सेवा कर अͬधǓनयम, 2017 (2017 का 12)

कȧ धारा 9 कȧ उप धारा (3) के तहत Ĥद× त शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, झारख᭛ड सरकार, पǐरषद कȧ

ͧसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदɮवारा, झारख᭛ड सरकार, वािण᭔य

कर िवभाग कȧ अͬधसूचना संÉ या 13/2017- रा᭔य

कर (दर), िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 43, Ǒदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारख᭛ड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत

ͩकया गया था, मɅ और आगे भी Ǔनà नͧलͨखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

उÈत अͬधसूचना मɅ, सारणी मɅ,

(क) Đम संÉया 4 के सम¢, èतंभ (3) मɅ, “कोई भी åयिÈत” शÞदɉ के पæचात, “जो ᳰक िनगिमत िनकाय

नहᱭ है” शÞद अंतःèथाͪपत ͩकए जाएंगे।

(ख) Đम संÉया 5कख के सम¢, èतंभ (4) मɅ, “कोई भी पंजीकृत åयिÈत” शÞदɉ के पæचात, “जो ᳰक

संयोजन उɮĒहण के अंतग[त कɅ ġȣय कर का भुगतान करने का ͪवकãप चुनने वाला åयिÈत नहᱭ है” शÞद

अंतःèथाͪपत ͩकए जाएंगे।

(दर), िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 5, Ǒदनांक 22 माचŊ, 2025 के तहत झारख᭛ड के राजपğ, असाधारण, मɅ Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया

गया था, के ɮवारा संशोधन ͩकया गया था ।
