NOTIFICATION
18th June, 2025
Memo No.-10/C.B.I.-416/2025-3603--Government of Jharkhand hereby accord consent under
section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946) to the all the members of Delhi
Special Police Establishment to exercise power and jurisdiction under the said Act in the State of
Jharkhand, upon request made vide letter No.-567 CBI/ACB/Ranchi, dated 05.06.2025 of DIG of
Police/Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Ranchi for registration of a regular case against Sh. Sahil Ratusaria, the
then Garrison Engineer, MES, Ranchi for committing offences u/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(b) of Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988 (As amended in 2018) and other offence(s) that may come into light during
investigation of the case including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection
with one or more such offences and/or any other offence(s) committed in the course of the same
transaction or arising out of the same facts.

Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (25 of 1946) H.E. the Governor of Jharkhand has been
pleased to accord consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction to the member of Delhi Special
Police Establishment in the whole state of Jharkhand upon request made via letter number 273/CO-
5/2025, dated 05.06.2025 of S.P. & Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Dhanbad for registration of a regular case
against employee of BCCL, Dhanbad for the offences punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) and any other offence that may come to light during
investigation of this case, including any attempt, abetment and conspiracy in relation to or in connection
with one or more such offences and/or any other offences(s) committed in the course of the same
transaction or arising out of the same facts.
