No. 08/2025/R&S--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the Bihar

Reorganisation Act, 2000 (Act XXX of 2000), and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the High

Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi hereby substitute the words “Registered post” or “Registered post, Speed

Post” wherever mentioned in High Court of Jharkhand Rules, 2001, with “Speed Post” in light of Office

Memorandum ‘Mail-30/5/2025-D-DOP’ dated 02.07.2025 issued by Ministry of Communication,

Government of India.
