Notification No.- 11/2025 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 44, Dated 26^th September, 2025-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1), of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in

the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, number

11/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand,

Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 41, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

1.

In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S.No.1, for the entry under column (4), the entry

“9%” shall be substituted.

2.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 22^th day of September, 2025.

Note: The principal notification number 11/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017 was

published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 41, dated the 29^th June, 2017 and

last amended vide notification number 05/2025- State Tax (Rate), dated the 9^th July, 2025 published in

the Gazette of Jharkhand vide S.O. No. 37, dated the 9^th July, 2025.

एस. ओ. सं. 44, िदनांक 26 िसतɾर, 2025--झारखǷ माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 (2017

का 12) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत Ůद̝ त शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए, झारखǷ सरकार, पįरषद की

िसफाįरशों के आधार पर, एतदȪारा, झारखǷ सरकार, वािणǛ-कर िवभाग की अिधसूचना सं̏ या 11/2017-

राǛ कर (दर), िदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 41, िदनांक 29 जून, 2017 के तहत झारखǷ के

राजपũ, असाधारण, मŐ Ůकािशत िकया गया था, का िनɻिलİखत संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

उƅ अिधसूचना की सारणी मŐ, Ţम संƥा 1 के सामने, ˑंभ (4) मŐ Ůिविʼ के ̾थान पर “9%” Ůिविʼ Ůित̾थािपत

की जाएगी।

2. यह अिधसूचना 22 िसतɾर, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी।

इसमŐ अंितम बार अिधसूचना सं̏ या 5/2025- राǛ कर (दर), िदनांक 09 जुलाई, 2025 के तहत संशोधन िकया

गया था, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 37 िदनांक 09 जुलाई, 2025 के तहत झारखǷ के राजपũ, असाधारण, मŐ Ůकािशत

िकया गया था।
