Notification No.- 12/2025 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 45, Dated 26^th September, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of

Jharkhand, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations

of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of

Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 8/2018-State Tax (Rate), dated the 5^th March,

2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 22, dated the 5^th March, 2018,

namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, brackets, and figures, “Schedule IV of Notification No.

1/2017- State Tax (Rate)”, the words, brackets, and figures, “Schedule II or “Schedule III of

Notification No.9/2025 - State Tax (Rate)”, shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 22^th day of September, 2025.

in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 22, dated the 5^th March, 2018 and last

amended by Notification No. 04/2025- State Tax (Rate) dated the 9^th July, 2025, was published in the

Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 36, dated the 9^th July, 2025.

एस. ओ. सं. 45, िदनांक 26 िसतɾर, 2025 – झारखǷ माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017

(2017 का 12) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत Ůद̝ त शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए, तथा इस आशय से

संतुʼ होकर िक ऐसा करना जनिहत मŐ आवʴक है, झारखǷ सरकार, पįरषद की िसफाįरशों के आधार पर,

एतदȪारा, झारखǷ सरकार, वािणǛ-कर िवभाग की अिधसूचना सं̏ या 08/2018- राǛ कर (दर), िदनांक 05

माचŊ, 2018, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 22, िदनांक 05 माचŊ, 2018 के तहत झारखǷ के राजपũ, असाधारण, मŐ Ůकािशत

िकया गया था, का िनɻिलİखत संशोधन करती है, अथाŊत:-

उƅ अिधसूचना मŐ, “अिधसूचना संƥा 1/2017-राǛ कर (दर) की अनुसूची IV” शɨों, कोʿकों और

अंकों के ̾थान पर, “अिधसूचना संƥा 9/2025-राǛ कर (दर) की अनुसूची II” या अनुसूची III” Ůित̾थािपत

िकया जाएगा ।

2. यह अिधसूचना 22 िसतɾर, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी।

सं̏ या 4/2025- राǛ कर (दर), िदनांक 09 जुलाई, 2025 के तहत संशोधन िकया गया था, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 36

िदनांक 09 जुलाई, 2025 के तहत झारखǷ के राजपũ, असाधारण, मŐ Ůकािशत िकया गया था।
