Notification No.- 15/2025 – State Tax

S.O. No. 50, Dated 26^th September, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first

proviso to sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(12 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, in respect of filing

of annual return for the financial year 2024-25 onwards, hereby exempts the registered person

whose aggregate turnover in any financial year is up to two crore rupees, from filing annual

return that said financial year.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 17^th day of September, 2025.

2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 44 की उप-धारा (1) के पहले परंतुक Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए,

पįरषद की िसफाįरशों पर, िवȅीय वषŊ 2024-25 से आगे, वािषŊक िववरणी फाइल करने के संबंध मŐ, रिजːŌीकृत

ʩİƅ को, िजसका िकसी िवȅीय वषŊ मŐ संकिलत आवतŊ दो करोड़ Ŝपए तक का है, उƅ िवȅीय वषŊ के िलए

वािषŊक िववरणी फाइल करने से छूट Ůदान करती है।

2.

यह अिधसूचना 17 िसतɾर, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
