Notification No.- 16/2025 – State Tax

S.O. No. 51, Dated 26^th September, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(3) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the State Government

hereby appoints the 1^st day of October, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of clauses (ii) and (iii)

of section 7, sections 8 to 10 and sections 12 to 15 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax

(Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 shall come into force.

अͬधǓनयम, 2017 (2017 का 11) कȧ धारा 1 कȧ उपधारा (3) के ɮवारा Ĥदƣ शिÈतयɉ का Ĥयोग

करते हुए, एतɮɮवारा 1 अÈटूबर, 2025 को ऐसी Ǔतͬथ के Ǿप मɅ िजसको झारखÖड माल और सेवा कर

(संशोधन) अÚयादेश कȧ धारा 7 के खंड (ii) और (iii), धारा 8 से धारा 10 और धारा 12 से धारा 15

के उपबंध Ĥवृƣ हɉगे, Ǔनयत करती है ।
