Notification No.117--

1. Whereas Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC)

has approved the Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission

(Terms and Conditions for Determination of Distribution Tariff)

Regulations, 2025;

2. Whereas the aforesaid Regulations were notified in Jharkhand Gazette,

Extraordinary (No. 474) on 16^th October, 2025;

3. Whereas an inadvertently typographical error has been observed by the

Commission in the said Regulations which needs to be rectified by

issuing following corrigendum;

4. In Clause 10.86 under sub-clause (ii) of the above regulations, under

the heading “Voltage Rebate.”

The clause presently reads as under:

10.86 (ii) Consumers connected at 132 kV and above will be eligible for

a voltage rebate of three percent (4%) at energy charge.”

The above shall be read as below:

10.86 (ii) Consumers connected at 132 kV and above will be eligible for

a voltage rebate of four percent (4%) at energy charges.

In the clause 10.86 under subclause (ii) the words “three” mistyped

inadvertently shall be read as “four”.
