Notification No.- 17/2025 – State Tax

S.O. No. 52, Dated 19^th December, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and

Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the

return in FORM GSTR-3B electronically, through the common portal, by the registered

persons, as specified under:-

(i) sub-section (1) of section 39, for the month of September, 2025, till twenty-fifth day

of October, 2025:

(ii) proviso to sub-section (1) of section 39, for the quarter of July, 2025 to September,

2025, till twenty-fifth day of October, 2025.

एस. ओ. सं. 52, िदनांक 19 ᳰदस᭥बर, 2025, झारख᭛ड माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम,

2017 (2017 का 12) कᳱ धारा 39 कᳱ उपधारा (6) के साथ पᳯठत धारा 168 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ

का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, आयुᲦ, पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरशᲂ पर, पंजीकृत ᳞िᲦयᲂ ᳇ारा सामा᭠य पोटᭅल के

मा᭟यम से इले᭍ᮝॉिनक ᱨप से ᮧᱨप जीएसटीआर -3-ख मᱶ ᳯरटनᭅ ᮧ᭭तुत करने कᳱ समय-सीमा को

आगे बढ़ाते हᱹ, जैसा ᳰक नीचे िन᳸द᳥ है-

(i) धारा 39 कᳱ उपधारा (1), िसतंबर, 2025 माह के िलए, अ᭍टूबर 2025 के पᲬीसवᱶ ᳰदन तक।

(ii) धारा 39 कᳱ उपधारा (1) का पर᭠तुक, जुलाई, 2025 से िसतंबर, 2025 कᳱ ितमाही के िलए,

अ᭍टूबर 2025 के पᲬीसवᱶ ᳰदन तक।
