respondent from Hussainabad Assembly Constituency, of
Jharkhand Legislative Assembly be decalred void and set aside.
AND/OR
The respondent be declared to be disqualified from contesting
the elections.

Allow such other relief or pass such other orders as deemed fit
and property in the facts and circumstances of the case in
favour of the petitioner and justice be done.”

This petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending interlocutory application is also dismissed as not
pressed.
