No. 29/Accts.--The following Staff of the High Court of Jharkhand,

Ranchi are hereby appointed on promotion to the post of Section Officer,

in the order of seniority, in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 9,300- 34,800/- with

Grade Pay of Rs. 4,800/- in PB-II (Level 08 under 7^th P.R.C.), with effect

from the date they assume charge as such.

However, the aforesaid newly promoted officers are not entitled for

exercising option to have their pay fixed in terms of Clause 22 (I) (a) (1) of

the Fundamental Rules, from the date of such promotion or initially at the

stage of the time scale of the new post above the pay in the lower grade or

post from which they are promoted on regular basis, as all of them have

already been granted/ are being granted MACP from their due date.
