No. 02 /2026/R&S—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the

Bihar Reorganisation Act, 2000 (Act XXX of 2000), and all other powers enabling in

this behalf, the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi hereby amends Rule 48 of the

High Court of Jharkhand Rules, 2001, by way of omission of Note of Rule 48 in the

manner indicated below:-

“Note-. Omitted”

Aforesaid amendments shall take effect from the date of its

notification.
