JSERC (Fees, Fines & Charges) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2026

Notification No.-126 --In exercise of power conferred by Clause(x) of

sub-section (2) of Section 181 read with Section 50 of the Electricity Act

2003(36 of 2003) and all power enabling it in that behalf, the Jharkhand

State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the first

amendment in Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees,

Fines & Charges Regulations), 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the

‘Principal Regulations’).

Short Title and Commencement

1.1.

These Regulations may be called the JSERC (Fees, Fines & Charges

Regulations) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2026.

1.2.

These Regulations shall extend to the State of Jharkhand.

1.3.

These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication

in the official gazette of the Government of Jharkhand unless

reviewed earlier or extended by the Commission.

Amendment in Schedule Fees, Fines & Charges

In the Principal Regulations, serial No 1 of Schedule Fees, Fines &

Charges shall be replaced as under:
