Notification No.- 18/2025 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 59, Dated 5^th May, 2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council,

hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of

Jharkhand, in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 26/2018-State Tax (Rate),

dated the 24^th January, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary,

vide S.O. No. 4, dated the 24^th January, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Explanation, for clause (c), the following clause shall

be substituted, namely: -

"(c) "Nominated Agency" means entities mentioned in Lists 13, 14 and 15

appended to Table I of notification No. 45/2025-Customs, dated the 24^th

October, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section

3 Sub-section (i);"

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of

November, 2025.

Note: - The principal notification No. 26/2018- State Tax (Rate), dated the 24^th January, 2019

was published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 4, dated the 24^th

January, 2019 and was last amended vide notification No. 10/2023-State Tax (Rate), dated the

16^th October, 2023 published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 40,

dated the 16^th October, 2023.

एस. ओ. सं. 59, िदनांक 5 मई, 2026- झारखǷ माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017

(2017 का 12 ) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए, झारखǷ सरकार,

पįरषद की िसफाįरशों के आधार पर, एतदȪारा, झारखǷ सरकार, वािणǛ-कर िवभाग की अिधसूचना

संƥा 26/2018 - राǛ कर (दर), िदनांक 24 जनवरी, 2019, िजसे एस. ओ. सं. 4, िदनांक 24 जनवरी,

2019, के तहत झारखǷ के राजपũ, असाधारण, मŐ Ůकािशत िकया गया था, मŐ िनɻिलİखत संशोधन करती

है, यथा:-

उƅ अिधसूचना मŐ, ˙ʼीकरण मŐ, खंड (ग) के िलए, िनɻिलİखत खंड Ůित̾थािपत िकया जाएगा,

अथाŊत्:-“(ग) "नािमत एजŐसी" से अिभŮाय अिधसूचना संƥा 45/2025 - सीमा शुʋ, िदनांक 24 अƃूबर,

2025 भारत के राजपũ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) मŐ Ůकािशत, के तािलका | से संलư सूची

13, 14 और 15 मŐ उİʟİखत िनकाय से है;"

2. यह अिधसूचना 1 नवंबर, 2025 से लागू मानी जाएगी।

िदनांक 16 अƃूबर, 2023 के तहत झारखǷ के राजपũ, असाधारण, मŐ Ůकािशत, के Ȫारा संशोधन िकया

गया था।
