Notification No.- 1/2026 – State Tax

S.O. No. 4, Dated 17^th July, 2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6)

of section 39 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner,

on the recommendations of the GST Council, hereby extends the due date for furnishing the return

in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of March, 2026 till the twenty-first day of April, 2026, for the

registered persons who are required to furnish return under sub-section (1) of section 39 read with

clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 61 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 20^th day of April, 2026.

िᲦयᲂ के िलए, जो झारखǷ माल और

सेवा कर िनयम, 2017 के िनयम 61 के उप-िनयम (1) के ख᭛ड (i) के साथ पᳯठत, के᭠ᮤीय माल और

सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 कᳱ 39 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के अधीन िववरणी ᮧ᭭तुत करने के िलए आब᳍ हᱹ,

माचᭅ, 2026 माह के िलए ᮧᱨप GSTR-3B मᱶ िववरणी ᮧ᭭तुत करने कᳱ िनयत तारीख को बढ़ाकर

अᮧैल, 2026 का इᲥᳱसवाँ ᳰदन करता है ।

यह अिधसूचना 20 अŮैल, 2026 के िदन से लागू मानी जाएगी ।
