Notification No.- 1/2026 – State Tax(Rate)

S.O. No. 5, Dated 17^th July, 2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1) of

section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council,

hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of

Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, No. 9/2025- State Tax (Rate), published in the

Gazette of Jharkhand , Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 42, dated the 26^th September, 2025, namely—

In the said notification, -

(a) in Schedule I – 2.5%,

(i) against S. No. 150, for the entry in column (2), the entry “2202 99 21, 2202 99 29”

shall be substituted;

(ii) against S. No. 151, for the entry in column (2), the entry “22029931, 22029939” shall

be substituted;

(b) In Schedule III – 20%,

No. 408

(i) against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (2), the entry “2202 91 00, 2202 99 91, 2202

99 99” shall be substituted;

(ii) against S. No. 3, for the entry in column (2), the entry “2202 99 91, 2202 99 99”

shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1^st day of May, 2026.

(2017 का 12) कᳱ धारा 9 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) तथा धारा 15 कᳱ उप-धारा (5) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ

का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, झारखǷ सरकार, पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरशᲂ पर, एतद् ᳇ारा झारखǷ सरकार,

वािणǛ-कर िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या 9/2025- राǛ कर (दर), जो झारखǷ के राजपᮢ,

असाधारण, मᱶ एस. ओ. सं. 42, ᳰदनांक 26 िसतंबर, 2025 ᳇ारा ᮧकािशत कᳱ गई थी, मᱶ

िन᳜िलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत्:—

उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ,—

(क) अनुसूची I – 2.5% मᱶ, —

(i) ᮓम सं᭎या 150 के समᭃ, ᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर “2202 99 21,

2202 99 29” ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;

(ii) ᮓम सं᭎या 151 के समᭃ, ᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर “2202 99 31,

2202 99 39” ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;

(ख) अनुसूची III – 20% मᱶ, —

(i) ᮓम सं᭎या 2 के समᭃ, ᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर “2202 91 00, 2202

99 91, 2202 99 99” ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा;

(ii) ᮓम सं᭎या 3 के समᭃ, ᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭थान पर “2202 99 91, 2202

99 99” ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा।

2. यह अिधसूचना 1 मई, 2026 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
