NOTIFICATION

Whereas the draft of the notification No.RD/06/LRD/2019, dated

03.09.2020 regarding altering the limitsby excluding the certain villages from the

Nidagundi Taluk of Vijayapura District and to include the said villages into the

Kolhara Taluk of Vijayapura District was published as required by Section 6 of the

Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) in the Karnataka

Gazette part IV-A (Volume-155), dated:08.10.2020 inviting objections or

suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected here by within 30 days from

the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to public on 08.10.2020.

And whereas, no objections and suggestions have been received by the State

Government.

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of

Section 4 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) the

Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following notification, namely

The villages spacified in column (3) of the table below shall be excluded from

limits of thetaluk specified in column (2) and shall be included within the limits of

thetaluk specified in column (4) thereof.
