PROCEEDINGS OF THE GOVERNOR OF KARNATAKA

PREAMBLE:

Shri. B.S.Yediyurappa, Chief Minister of Karnataka, in his letter

dated 26-7-2021 has tendered his resignation to the Office of the

Chief Minister of Karnataka. Hence, the following order:

ORDER NO GS. 38 GOB 2021, DATED 26^th July, 2021

In exercise of the powers vested in me under Article 164(1) of the

Constitution of India, I, Thaawarchand Gehlot, Governor of Karnataka, hereby

accept the resignation of Shri. B.S.Yediyurappa as Chief Minister of Karnataka.

Consequently the Council of Ministers headed by him stands dissolved.
