NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules

further to amend the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1977,

namely:-

1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka

Government (Allocation of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2). They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official

Gazette.

2. Amendment of Schedule II.- In the Karnataka Government (Allocation of

Business) Rules, 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in SCHEDULE II,

under the heading “DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE

REFORMS”, under the sub heading “S. e-Governance”, item 8 and the entries relating

thereto shall be omitted.

3. Amendment of Schedule VI.- In SCHEDULE VI to the said rules, under the

heading “ FINANCE DEPARTMENT”, after the sub heading “FF.I. Excise” and

entries thereunder, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

“FF.II. Human Resources Management System (HRMS)”
