prepare and publish the District wise
separate seniority list of eligible
candidates
who
are
working
continuously for six years from the
date of appointment in the post of Bill
Collectors
and
another
separate
seniority list of eligible candidates
who are working continuously for six
For direct Recruitment: (1) Must have
passed Pre University Course or equivalent
qualification; and
(2) Must be a computer literate.
For in-service direct recruitment: (1) Must
have passed Pre University Course or
equivalent qualification; and
(2) Must have put in a continuous service of
not less than six years as Bill Collectors /
Accountants / Clerks / Typists / Clerk cum
Data Entry Operator in the erstwhile Mandal
Panchayats or in the Grama Panchayats as
the case may be.
Provided
that,
the
prescribed
qualification of pass in Pre University
Course or equivalent qualification for in-
service direct recruitment shall not be
applicable for Bill collectors, Accountants,
Clerks, Typists, Clerk cum Data Entry
Operator
or
in
the
erstwhile
Mandal
Panchayats or in the Grama Panchayat who
are already in service with SSLC or
equivalent qualification on the date of
commencement of the Karnataka Civil
Services (Recruitment to the Ministerial

years from the date of appointment in
the post of Accountants, Clerks,

Operator on the basis of their date of
appointment in the erstwhile Mandal
Panchayts,
in
accordance
with
instructions contained in O.M. No
RDP 8 ZPT 87, dated 07-05-1988 or in
the Grama Panchayats appointed in
accordance with section 112 and 113

Karnataka
Gram
Swaraj
and
Panchayat Raj Act, 1993 in respect of
Grama Panchayats respectively and
also
appointing
authority
shall
prepare and publish the seniority list
in 1st January of each year.
b) Subject to reservation as stipulated
by the Government from time to time,
two select lists of candidates, one
belonging to the Bill Collectors, and
another
belonging
to
the
Accountants, Clerks, Typists Clerk
cum Data Entry Operator, for in-
service
direct
recruitment
under
clause (I), shall be prepared by the
Appointing Authority equal to the
number of vacancies.
c) The Appointing Authority may
appoint the candidates whose names
are included in the select list in the
order in which their names appear in
the select list after satisfying itself on
such enquiry as may be considered
necessary that such candidates are
eligible in all respects for such
appointment.
