In pursuance of the provision of sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Representation

of the People Act, 1951, I, M.K. Vishalakshi, Secretary(I/c), Karnataka Legislative

Assembly and the Returning Officer for the Biennial Election by the Elected Members of

the Karnataka Legislative Assembly to fill 4 (Four) seats in the Council of States on the

death of Sri Oscar Fernandes on 13.09.2021 and on the retirement of

Sri K.C. Ramamurthy, Sri Jairam Ramesh, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Members of

Rajyasabha on 30.06.2022, hereby fix, with the previous approval of the Election

Commission of India, the Room No. 106, First Floor, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru

- 560 233 as the place at which a poll shall be taken in pursuance of the Election

Commission’s Notification No. 318/CS-Multi/2/2022(1), dated 24.05.2022.
