NO.DPAR 13 CHUVIPA 2022 (3), BENGALURU, Dated: 04 August, 2022.

Whereas, the seat of Sri. C. M. Ibrahim, in the Legislative Council of the

State of Karnataka, elected by the members of the Legislative Assembly of the State,

had became vacant on 31-03-2022 by the reason of his resignation, before the expiration of

his term of office which was upto and including 17-06-2024; and

Whereas, a Bye-Election is held for the purpose of filling of the vacancy so caused;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 74 of The Representation of the People Act,

1951 (Central Act 43 of 1951), the name of the Member duly elected to fill the vacancy caused

in that House is hereby notified for general information:-

1. Baburao Chinchansur.
